About Nebula

A quieter publication about capable bodies

Nebula is an English-language editorial project based at Jalan Cendrawasih No. 45, Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur 13440, Indonesia.

The project began as a set of reading notes for adults who wanted to keep training sensibly beyond their mid-thirties. It has grown into a small publication covering physiology, training methods, recovery and everyday movement, always with sources and always with limits stated.

Our point of view

Performance becomes more useful when it is connected to health, time and the life surrounding a session.

For most adults, training sits beside work, family and rest. A plan that ignores those commitments tends to be short-lived, so Nebula writes about consistency, adaptation and judgement more than about peak numbers.

Our boundaries

We do not diagnose, promise outcomes or turn a reader's uncertainty into a sales prompt. We explain sources and encourage appropriate professional care.

The publication does not sell training programmes, supplements or equipment, and it does not accept payment to feature a product. Its editorial independence is described in the editorial policy, and its approach to promotion in the advertising statement.

What readers can expect

Articles are written for adults who prefer understanding to instruction. They explain the reasoning behind common practices, show where the evidence is thin and avoid language that suggests certainty where none exists.

  • Named sources and a reference list on every article.
  • A visible date and a record of corrections.
  • Clear statements about who a piece is and is not for.
  • No pressure to buy, subscribe or register.

Editorial charter

We would rather publish a careful paragraph that admits its limits than a confident one that cannot be supported.
