Guides, worksheets and reading lists

This library gathers the printable material that accompanies Nebula's articles: planning worksheets, reading lists, a log template and short explainers. Everything is written to inform, and everything is free to read without registration.

The documents are educational and do not constitute medical or coaching advice. Each carries a revision date so that readers can judge how current it is. Questions about a document can be sent via the contact page.

How the documents are written

Each resource starts with a short statement of purpose and ends with a list of sources. The language is kept neutral, the examples are modest, and where a recommendation depends on individual circumstances the text says so directly.

  • Documents are reviewed by two editors and one external reader.
  • Revision dates appear on the first and last page.
  • Sources are cited with enough detail to find them in a library.
  • Corrections are listed at the end of the document.

Nebula does not sell or recommend commercial products in these documents, and no resource requires a purchase to understand it.

Checklist before you rely on a document

  1. Check the revision date and compare it with the date of any guidance you are using alongside it.
  2. Read the statement of purpose to see whether the document addresses your situation.
  3. Look at the sources and follow at least one to its original context.
  4. Discuss any change to your training with a qualified professional if you have a health condition.

Note on use

These resources are provided for general education. They do not replace advice from a physician, physiotherapist or other qualified professional who knows your history.
